Our Factory Produces Two Types Of Artificial Trees, One Above Three Meters And The Other Below Three Meters, As Artificial Big Trees Require Large Space For Production. Therefore, We Have Two Factories With A Site Of 12000 Square Meters For Producing Artificial Potted Trees, And Another 3000 Square Meters For Producing Artificial Large Trees.
Firstly, I Would Like To Introduce You To A 12000 Square Meter Venue. As Can Be Seen From The Picture, Many Simulated Trees Are Placed At The Factory Entrance For Decoration.
Entering Through The Gate, The Third And Fourth Floors On The Left Staircase Are Our Sample Rooms, The Empty Space On The Right Is Where We Load Goods, And Opposite The Empty Space Is The Production Workshop On The First Floor.
As Shown In The Image Above And On The Left, This Is The Area For Final Product Packaging And Semi-finished Product Storage. In Addition To Finished Products, We Can Also Sell Semi-finished Products, Such As Large Leaves; This Is The Final Step Of The Product. If Products Shipped Recently Will Be Placed In The Outer Area, And Those Shipped Later Will Be Placed Inside, Our Factory Has Protective Measures In Place, So There Is No Need To Worry About The Packaging Getting Wet On Rainy Days. As Shown In The Following Diagram, This Is The First Floor Production Workshop Of Our Factory. Our Production Workshop Consists Of Three Main Areas: Raw Material Storage And Leaf Cutting Area, Mold Storage Area, And Machine Production Area.
After Cutting The Leaves, They Will Undergo Secondary Processing Or Assembly In Machine Production. Using Molds For Secondary Processing Can Make The Texture Of The Leaves Clearer, Or Further Process And Assemble The Leaves Into Semi-finished Products Using Machines.
As Shown In The Pictures Above And Below, This Is The Second Floor Production Workshop Of The Factory. The Semi-finished Products Such As Leaves Processed On The First Floor Will Be Sprayed With Color By Workers On The Second Floor According To Requirements, Or Further Manually Assembled With Parts That Need To Be Glued, Or Multiple Leaves Will Be Assembled According To Requirements, And Then Installed On Potted Plants For Finished Product Assembly.
The Assembled Products Will Come To The Packaging Area And Be Wrapped In Transparent Pp Bags. The Pot Will Be Wrapped In Bubble Bags And Placed In Cardboard Boxes. The Four Corners Will Be Tied With Straps To Prevent Collisions During Transportation. The Packaged Products Will Be Transported To The First Floor Area For Storage And Waiting For Shipment.
As shown in the pictures on the right and below, there are sample rooms on the third and fourth floors. We have taken a comprehensive 3D environment, mainly displaying artificial potted trees. Secondly, I Would Like To Introduce Our 3000 Square Meter Factory To You. The Space Here Is Relatively Large Because Producing Large Trees Takes Up A Lot Of Space, As shown in the left and bottom picture. The Empty Space In The Middle Is The Place For Producing Large Trees, And On Both Sides Are Places For Placing Materials And Molds.
As Shown In The Left And Bottom Picture, This Is The Place To Place The Mold. Our Large Tree Can Be Customized From At Least 3 Meters. There Are Three Types Of Molds: 3 To 5 Meters, 5 To 8 Meters, 8 To 15 Meters, And Above 15 Meters, They Are Spliced.
As Shown In The Figure On The Right, After The Artificial Of A Large Tree Is Completed, It Is Generally Transported Using Larger Packaging Methods Such As Metal Or Wooden Boxes. The Specific Packaging Method Depends On The Product Size And Style, Such As The Cherry Blossom Tree, Which Is Usually Transported In Wooden Boxes For Three Meters.
